Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect: your name, email, company name, phone number, and website URL; payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data); website content and business information you submit for analysis; call recordings, where consented, via Zadarma/Twilio; and SMS communications via Twilio/Zadarma. If you sign in via Google, Microsoft, or Facebook OAuth, we also receive your email, name, and basic profile information from that provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, generate your website analysis and AI-visibility reports, deliver AltaPalace design and hosting services, process payments, provide customer support, and communicate with you about your service.

3. AI Processing

To generate reports, we send the website content and business information you submit to third-party AI providers: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity AI, and xAI (Grok). These providers process your data solely to generate reports and recommendations and are bound by their own privacy terms and data processing agreements.

For AltaPalace ELITE implementation: if you provide hosting or Google Business Profile credentials, we access those systems solely to implement your structured data package. Credentials are deleted immediately after implementation; we never store them beyond the implementation window.

4. Other Third-Party Processors

Stripe — payment processing
Twilio/Zadarma — calls and SMS
Mailgun — email delivery
AWS — hosting (eu-north-1, Stockholm, Sweden)

5. Call and SMS Communications

Where you consent to a call recording, that recording is stored and processed via Zadarma/Twilio for quality, training, or service-delivery purposes. SMS communications are sent via the same providers.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors listed above, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden, AWS eu-north-1) and retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EU/EEA users), you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of marketing communications. 9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and provide the Services. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy
