A1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any ScoreWebsite product, you agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for business customers. By using ScoreWebsite, you represent you are contracting as a business or on behalf of a business entity, not as a private consumer.

A2. Products

AI Visibility Report ($19): Unlocks a pre-generated AI visibility report for your business. Informational only. No quality or accuracy guarantee. No refunds after unlock.

ULTIMATE Website Improver ($399): Delivers a detailed PDF report and code package. Code delivery only — we never implement on your behalf. You must use your own developer, hosting company, or AI assistant to implement. No refunds after delivery.

ELITE AI Visibility ($1,299): Delivers structured data code (schema.org, llms.txt, semantic HTML, FAQ schema) for your website. Code delivery only — we do not access your servers or accounts. You or your developer implement the code. No refunds after delivery.

Upcoming subscription services: Terms for subscription-based services will be published when those services launch.

A3. Accounts

ScoreWebsite accounts may be created via Google, Microsoft, or Facebook OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. We collect your email, name, and basic profile from the OAuth provider.

A4. Reports Are Informational

All ScoreWebsite reports are generated via automated and AI-assisted analysis. They are not guaranteed to be fully accurate. It is your responsibility to verify all recommendations before implementing them. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from acting on report content.

A5. Refund Policy (ScoreWebsite)

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on ScoreWebsite paid reports if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase via the instructions in your delivery email.

Eligibility: Business customers only. Personal email domains (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com and similar) are excluded. One refund per customer per 12 months.

Not applicable to: AltaPalace design fees, ELITE deposits, or any product where delivery has been confirmed and accepted.

A6. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Our reports, code snippets, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. We are not your web developer, legal advisor, accessibility consultant, or any other professional service provider. You implement any recommendations entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any consequences from implementing our suggestions, including website issues, legal compliance violations, security vulnerabilities, data loss, or SEO changes. We recommend having qualified professionals review recommendations before implementation, especially for accessibility features, legal compliance, security code, or industry-specific regulations.

A7. Customer Communications

By using our services, you agree we may contact you by email regarding your purchase and service delivery, customer feedback, product updates, and important service announcements. You may opt out of non-essential communications by replying to any email from us.

A8. Affiliate Program

ScoreWebsite operates or may operate an affiliate referral program. Affiliates who promote our services receive a commission on qualifying referrals. Affiliate terms are published separately at the time of enrollment. We may recommend third-party services for convenience; unless explicitly stated, we have no affiliation with them and are not responsible for their quality or reliability.

A9. Bot Protection

ScoreWebsite.com is protected by Cloudflare services to prevent automated abuse. By using our services, you agree that Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy applies to your use of our website.

B1. Acceptance

By purchasing any AltaPalace product, you agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for business customers. By using AltaPalace, you represent you are contracting as a business or on behalf of a business entity, not as a private consumer.

B2. AI Visibility Report ($19)

Unlocks a pre-generated AI visibility report. Informational only. No quality guarantee. No refunds after unlock.

B3. Design Fee (495 kr / ~$49)

A non-refundable design fee covers professional design and development of a complete website based on your existing web content (existing text and images). The design fee is credited against your chosen plan if you proceed. If you do not approve the final draft, you may walk away — the design fee is non-refundable as it compensates our design work.

B4. What’s Included / Not Included

Included: Professionally designed, mobile-optimized, fast-loading, SEO-optimized website built from your existing content. ELITE AI Visibility package (normally $1,299) at no extra cost, activated by coupon after design fee payment. One free revision round.

Free revision round includes: color palette adjustments, font and button style changes, text edits of similar length to the original, image swaps within existing placements.

Not included free (billed at $69/hour, min. $35): additional pages, new sections, layout restructuring, new functionality, new copywriting, new photography or graphics, and any changes requested after the free revision round is used.

B5. Managed Plan ($29/month)

36-month agreement. Includes website hosting, maintenance, and security for the full term. The $29/month covers both the website cost and hosting — these are not separable during the term.

After 36 months: Hosting automatically continues month-to-month at $18/month (hosting only — the website is fully paid off). You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice; upon cancellation we provide your source files.

Early termination: You may exit at any time by paying whichever is higher of: (a) the remaining monthly payments to complete 36 months, or (b) the balance remaining to reach $999 total paid. This ensures the minimum total cost never falls below $999 regardless of when you exit.

Changes after delivery: $69/hour, minimum $35.

B6. One-Time Plan ($999)

Single payment. All source files delivered. Migration assistance to your chosen host included. No hosting — you arrange and pay for your own hosting. No ongoing obligations from either party after delivery.

B7. ELITE AI Visibility — AltaPalace Delivery

Included free with every AltaPalace plan, activated by coupon after design fee payment. We deliver structured data code for implementation on your website and Google Business Profile.

With credentials: If you provide login access to your web host and/or Google Business Profile within 30 days of receiving the code package, we implement everything on your behalf. Google credentials are used solely for implementation, deleted immediately after use — you must change your Google password immediately after our implementation.

Without credentials: We deliver all code and exact step-by-step instructions. Delivery is deemed complete if we have not received credentials within 30 days of sending the code package. The same applies to Google Business Profile.

C1. Fees and Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card data. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. ELITE is sold at different prices depending on the platform and plan through which it is purchased, as confirmed at checkout.

C2. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To generate reports and recommendations, we send website content and business information you submit to third-party AI providers: OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), Perplexity AI, and xAI (Grok). These providers process data solely to generate your reports and operate under their own privacy and data-processing terms.

Other processors: Stripe (payments), Twilio/Zadarma (calls and SMS), Mailgun (email delivery), AWS (hosting, eu-north-1 Stockholm).

C3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes; not to abuse, harass, or harm the Services or other users; not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems; and not to use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Services.

C4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, AltaPalace website source files delivered under the One-Time or Managed buyout plans are yours to use.

C4b. Service Availability

We aim for high availability of the AltaPalace managed hosting service but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

C4c. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turn It Electric, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) content you submit, host, or publish through the Services; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

C5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, OR OTHER SUB-PROCESSORS, THOUGH WE TAKE REASONABLE CARE IN SELECTING AND CONTRACTING WITH THEM.

C6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. For AltaPalace Managed hosting, we may terminate with 30 days’ written notice effective at the end of your last paid period; upon termination by us, we will provide all source files and a download link to your data. On customer-initiated termination, we likewise provide source files and data access.

C7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality matters.

This reflects our agreement as B2B parties. To the extent any customer is properly classified as a consumer under mandatory law that cannot be waived by agreement, that customer retains any non-waivable rights under their home jurisdiction’s consumer-protection law.

C8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email where possible.
